Over the past decade, S+SA Architects has grown and evolved, establishing a modern practice ethos that places people at the centre of its purpose. The B Impact Assessment process involved significant self-reflection, evaluating our company’s direction and progress. We scrutinised how we articulate our ethos and align our staff and customers with our goals. This process reinforced that B Corp certification is just the start of a journey to empower our staff in various ways.
