Martin started his career as an apprentice back in 2006 with an architectural practice on the Isle of Man, gaining qualifications in Building Surveying before graduating with a first-class honours degree in Architectural Technology at Liverpool John Moores University. Since moving to England in 2013, Martin has continued to further his experience throughout all sectors of construction, predominantly in the residential and industrial sectors involving both new build and refurbishment projects throughout the UK. Martin has been a Chartered Architectural Technologist since 2013. In his spare time, he enjoys trips away to relax or visit family, walks in The Lakes and horse racing.

Working closely with our client and the Local Authority planning and conservation teams, plans for the site which extends to 3.6 hectares have been granted planning permission and works have now commenced on site".
