Exemplar Healthcare Ltd appointed us to provide comprehensive architectural services for a new 33-bed care home in Telford. Now known as Woodside Place, this facility offers specialised nursing care for adults with complex needs, including those resulting from brain injuries, dementia, mental health conditions, and neuro-disabilities.
The home is thoughtfully designed as three small, purpose-built units, each creating a warm, supportive atmosphere that prioritises personal comfort and individualised care. Every room includes en-suite facilities, complemented by communal dining and living areas, sensory bathrooms, an activities hub, a therapy room, and a spacious, accessible garden.
