Completed in 2024, this Tesco superstore in Houghton le Spring formed part of the wider redevelopment of the former Houghton Colliery site.
The 45,000 sq ft with petrol filling station the store marked a significant step in transforming this challenging brownfield site into a vibrant hub for the community.
