We were appointed to deliver a new 100,000 sq ft distribution centre with first-floor offices in Ipswich for a major online retailer. Delivered as part of a fast-track programme, the scheme was built on the site of a former sugar beet factory.
The Ipswich distribution centre includes ancillary offices and external covered loading areas for delivery vehicles. It became operational at the end of July 2020 following a sixteen-week construction programme.
