The developer appointed us to deliver a shell scheme drive-thru unit for Greggs, designed to accommodate storage areas, servicing facilities, indoor and outdoor seating, and associated parking.
The site presented several challenges, including the need for remediation works linked to historic mine workings. The location had also previously been occupied by a petrol station, requiring careful consideration before construction of the drive-thru unit could begin.
