The site at Felnex Road was a re-development of an existing industrial warehouse building; including part demolition and re-clad of the existing structure. Internally the building layout was rationalised and fitted out to a high standard bringing the unit into modern-day standards. Along with the refurbishment of the building, external areas were adjusted and refreshed in line with the updated building layout to enhance usability.
