Exemplar Healthcare appointed us to provide a full architectural service for a new build 30-bed nursing care development in South Elmsall, Pontefract.

As a framework architect for Exemplar Healthcare we were appointed to design a new build 30 bed specialist care home in South Elmsall, Pontefract and subsequently a further 5 apartments on the site.
Bennett Court has 39 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across four units. The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, a therapy kitchen, a beauty salon and a large accessible garden.
In 2023, Buttercup House was added to the site comprising of 5 apartments. There are four 2-bedroom apartments and a 1-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has its own en-suite wet room, kitchen/diner, living space and a Buttercup House’ activities hub, accessible garden, nurse station and drugs room.
