Planning consent granted at Oatlands Park Hotel for a new North Terrace, Health and Fitness Spa
We’ve recently been working on a refurbishment and development programme at one of the finest 4-star hotels in Surrey and delighted to say Listed Building and Planning Consent has been granted for our design for a new North Terrace, Health and Fitness Spa at the hotel. The accommodation will comprise of a Reception area, Treatment Rooms, Changing facilities, Gym, Saunas, Steam Room, Feature Pool and Spa Pool, in addition to the external terrace space for dining and special events.
This prestigious, historic setting is subject to separate Grade II Listed status for both the existing buildings and the grounds, resulting in a unique set of heritage challenges to be resolved in the design.
The resultant proposals were developed through a strong collaborative approach involving the Client, Project Manager, Heritage Consultants, Design Team and the Local Planning Authority – with works due to commence in 2024.
