Exemplar Health Care Complex in Birmingham
Open in Spring 2021, construction is well underway on the Exemplar Health Care complex needs care home in Birmingham. Blackmoor will provide specialist nursing care for 30 adults living with a range of complex and high acuity care needs.
Each of the three floors will have a communal dining area, lounge and quiet room. The ground floor will also feature a communal hub, sensory and therapy rooms, providing dedicated spaces for rehabilitation.
We hope to visit shortly to see the progress for ourselves.
