Project Update – On Site in York

Fast progress on site in York, where the steel frame is now going up. This project with Impala Estates involves the redevelopment of an existing industrial unit, adding a substantial 20,000 sq ft extension alongside a complete refurbishment of the existing building.

Great to see the structure taking shape, enhancing the space to meet both current and future demands.

Starting the Week with an Autumn Lunchtime Walk 🍂

A few of us took advantage of the good weather and headed out for a refreshing walk in the nearby woodland. We’re lucky to work in such a beautiful area, especially with the autumn leaves adding a burst of color to the trails. Perfect way to get some fresh air, stretch our legs, and start the week feeling recharged!

We’ve recently been working on a couple of mid-rise residential projects including a Town Centre Retirement Living development that forms part of a larger masterplan.

One of the key focuses has been implementing user-centric design principles including enhancing co-living spaces while carefully considering long-term living needs within private residences.
