Oakham Care Development
Exemplar Health Care is a leading provider of specialist nursing care for adults living with complex care needs and we are pleased to be part of the development programme to expand their operations and gain additional capacity. We have continued our support by submitting a planning application for a 30-bed care home and associated 6-bed care home on the same site in Hawksmead Park, Oakham. The new development will offer much needed specialist care for adults, with the larger care home providing 3 self-contained, 10-bed units with ancillary accommodation. The smaller 6-bed single storey accommodation will provide stand-alone space for 6 residents.
