£3,690 raised for Leeds Hospitals Charity
On 29th April twelve members of the S+SA team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Leeds Hospitals Charity.
The challenge is no mean feat, it’s a 24-mile (38.6km) round route, and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres) in under 12 hours.
We’re so proud of each of the team members involved, it was extremely tough but the team kept spirits high and supported and motivated each other to keep moving.
Special thanks to our colleagues, friends, family, clients, local businesses and our friends at Cardale Park we have raised a total of £3690 for Leeds Hospitals Charity through donations, a tombola, raffle and bake sale all in aid of the challenge.
