S+SA are currently working on an incredible listed building in Darlington. The predominant building is significant to the Central Business District and has played an important role in the historical economy of the town. We have been commissioned to re-design the interior and the lower floors to provide a contemporary retail space in a historical setting. The upper floors have permission for conversion in to Residential space.
