The footprint of the proposed unit takes a simple rectangular form, designed to meet the tenant’s internal fit-out requirements.
Anchored to the site through the use of robust corner treatment, that addresses the main view from Trunk road. Feature corners assist in modelling and breaking down the elevation facing the road and reducing its apparent visual length.
